Girl, your hair is looking great! I wish I was that dedicated to actually doing my hair. I don't try and do anything with it. But I'm feeling I may need to start using some sort of moisturizer (water concoction) on it. Any suggestions?

@Ms Nana I tried the tea tree essential oil and water spitz and honestly it didnt do anything for me except break me out. I was told that if my scalp was dry that I would spot tree the areas that were in need. The spritzing may cause major shrinkage thats what it did for me which is why I don't use it that much because I really don't like that. I say braid your hair leave it in over night if necessary give it a little spritz in the morning before you take the braids out and see if that gives it a umf. It should make it have a little shine to it. I'm still trying to figure out where to buy other essential oils. Hope I helped. :-)
Thanks for the advice Kay. I haven't decided what I'm going to use yet, but I do also need to find some essential oils. I hear fols always talking about rosemary and all this other stuff. Just don't know where they get them from. I'll def keep my eye open!

Happy lock b day!!! Your hair is doing it growth thang, congrats. I like that cornrow style. Too cah YUTE. I get my oils from nandaoils.com. They are local to the Sacramento area and use organic extraction methods. Just be careful applying some EO's to your scalp neat (with out a carrier oil) they can be irritating.
